Hello, I'm Rebecca
Qualified as a Forest Bathing+ Guide, I create calm, welcoming spaces in nature, inviting you to step away from the pressures of modern life for a couple of hours
About Me
I was brought up on a family farm in the west of the island of Jersey, where being out on the land was a big part of my upbringing. It’s perhaps no surprise that over time my path led me back to nature, where I find that spending time in the elements has a way of softening the edges of everyday life. Practising mindfulness in open air spaces has been and continues to be restorative, helping me tune into a deeper rhythm where I remember my true essence.

My work is now rooted in a simple purpose: helping people reconnect with the natural world, and making space to allow nature to connect with them. To cultivate the sense of oneness.

In 2025 I qualified with  The Forest Bathing Institute (TFBI) as a Forest Bathing+ Guide, this was for me to learn tools to deepen my own nature connection and to allow me to pass this on to others. I chose to train with TFBI as it is one of the world’s leading evidence-based organisations connecting people with nature.

My approach weaves together an alignment to the principles of holistic health, study into the Celtic tradition and an interest in the Island’s natural sites and heritage. I guide sessions in magical spaces where seekers are invited to slow down, ground and engage the senses – to open their hearts, to reconnect with nature, to reconnect with themselves.

My own practice involves an embodied presence, where I take cues from the ever-changing landscape and seasonal rhythms. I welcome a connection with trees and wildflowers, as well as the elements when out in wild spaces. Beyond this, I find joy in sea swimming and beach yoga.  Â

I am a qualified outdoor first aider and fully insured.
