Seasonal Forest Bathing+ / Mindfulness in Nature Sessions on the Sand Dunes, Jersey
The sand dunes (Les Blanches Banques) are a Site of Special Interest (SSI), on the west coast of Jersey. They are marram grass-covered seaside dunes, with scrubby wooded valleys. The wooded area has a diversity of species and is well established; the dunes also have a beautiful variety of flora and fauna and offer views and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean.
Experience forest bathing / mindfulness in nature sessions that are crafted to align with the energy and offerings of the season.
